RECRUITMENT:

MACROGLOBAL assist organizations experiencing skills shortages by working with small and medium sized enterprises to develop a foreign recruitment plan that is then distributed to our network. Our Offices in India and Dubai will find suitable candidates from our Database matching with the requirement and if not found advertise in the media. We scan all applications thoroughly. Select appropriate candidates after personal interview and matching their qualifications and experience, will advise employer and forward resumes of short listed candidates for review. MACROGLOBAL assist foreign nationals in obtaining a Positive Employment Opinion in order to be able to immigrate to various provinces in Canada. We submit the required documents on behalf of employer to Service Canada to obtain pre- approval.

Service Canada evaluates if the prospective employer has made reasonable efforts to hire a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident and if the wages and working conditions of the employment offered are sufficient to attract and retain Canadians in the employment. Service Canada can also consider other elements that might indicate a benefit for Canada and Canada employment-seekers.

Once Service Canada has approved an employment offer, it sends the approval to Canada Immigration officials and we will send the copy of approval to the selected foreign national to file an Application for Work Permit. It may be required that he/she attends to an Immigration interview and/or to undergo immigration medical examination at his/her own expense. If the foreign national meets all Canada Immigration requirements and has all of the necessary Canada Immigration documents, he/she will receive an Immigration Work Permit. With the new simplified process put in place by Service Canada, selected candidates can be in Canada in around 3 – 4 months from the date the application is filed by them.

The Immigration Work Permit will state that the foreign national can work in a specific employment capacity for a specific period of time for a specific employer. An Immigration Work Permit will NOT be issued to a foreign national to come to Canada to look for employment.

Job seekers please take a moment to send your resume. MACROGLOBAL will review and inform you if you are eligible for a Work Permit based on your skills and qualifications.
